Halifax Academy Class of 2025 Senior Spotlight:
 
Connor Barklee Hammack is the vice president of our Monogram Club. He has participated in football and baseball during his time at HA. Connor received All-Conference Awards in football for three seasons and All-State recognition during his senior year in football. He participated in the fourth annual North Carolina vs. Virginia 8-man All-Star game and the 2024 Gatlinburg All-American Bowl.
 
Connor has worked for his family’s business, Quality Landscape Solutions, for the past seven years and plans to continue this career upon graduation. He enjoys hunting and playing slow-pitch softball in his spare time. Connor is also a volunteer coach for coach-pitch recreation baseball.
 
Connor is the son of Cortney and Jeremy Hammack from Gaston. He has two older siblings, Karlee and Braxton.
