MAGAZINE SALES

Magazine Sales will be in September. Please have all orders and money turned in to your homeroom promptly. These proceeds go into an account for school supplies.

WRAPPING PAPER SALES

Sally Foster Wrapping Paper Sales will begin in September and part of October. Please turn in all orders to your homeroom.

SANTA SHOP

The Santa Shop will be held in December. This is a lot of fun for the children. It provides them with an opportunity to purchase gifts for Mom and Dad or someone special. The children will bring home more information closer to the time of the opening.

CANDY SALES

Each family is responsible for any candy sent home. You must return either money or the UNOPENED box of candy. The candy sale will occur in January. Watch your lunch menu and quarterly schedule for the dates.

PATRONS RESPONSIBILITIES FOR WORKING HOME BALL GAMES

  1. Grades 7-12 Homerooms will be responsible for working home football and basketball games. A Membership Chairman will be in charge of  each game; this will be listed on your calendar.

  2. Parents K-6 who would like to work games may contact the Patron in charge of the game. For more information concerning ball games, check your Halifax Academy calendar for membership chairman in charge.

  3. Parents in charge of games should have a list of names that have signed up to work and advise cashier at the door they will show whom to charge for the game. Spouses and children attending the game with the working patent MUST pay.

  4. When volunteering to work a game, please work the hours you have committed yourself; if something should prevent you from working, please find a replacement. This places a hardship on others when you fail to show. You are expected to work the hours that you signed up for and stay until the kitchen and lunchroom has been cleaned.

  5. Each family in the homeroom responsible for their game is also responsible for sending a baked item or contributing $3.00. Please put the money in an envelope with your name, homeroom name and date.

  6. The person in charge of the game must sign work hours. This should be a Membership Chairman! They should sign their full name-No Initials please!

Check your school calendar for home ballgames. Patron in charge and phone numbers will be listed for each game.
