Middle School
The curriculum of the transitional program is fairly set: math, English, a science, North Carolina history and American history, and Bible. In addition, the students have P.E., computers and music. Character education and organizational skills are also part of the program.
Several of the teachers in the Middle School are focused on this particular level of education. Challenging students to be life-long learners, equipping them with good study habits, and polishing their skills in preparation for high school, is a large part of the goals for the Middle School.
